happy Easter!

Happy Easter! I hope yours was filled with Cadbury Chocolate just like mine was!

It's so weird to think that this is going to be my life for the next year and 5 months! Time has already flown by so I'll be home in no time! This week was really good. Sister Charts said I've grown a lot. I got to go on my first exchange this week with our sister training leader! Her name is Sister Kime and she's awesome! She is so bold and I'm trying to be more like her in teaching and finding. When we did our companion study (sister Kime and I) we read in the bible about Christ and how he was bold when he was teaching the Palestinians. Two things I really liked about his teaching are that he knew his purpose and he knew that what he was teaching was true. I think about that a lot while we're teaching and finding and it helps me to be bold and not skirt around the edges of the gospel. We know that we are here to bring others unto Christ and we know that this gospel is true! It's helped our lessons a lot. We've been teaching this boy names Ronaldo for a week or so now. He came to church yesterday for the first time! He said it was boring. WE don't have a drum set so I guess it's not the most exciting. ;)

He is still progressing and just needs to read the Book of Mormon daily! Yesterday when we were finishing up a lesson with him he realized it was almost over and didn't want us to leave so he made us read a chapter of the Book of Mormon with him. Ha!
On p-day we went to this awesome abandoned building called Sam Lords Castle. It looked like Tara from Gone with the Wind after Scarlet come back.

I don't have any pictures because I forgot my camera but I will get the pictures from one of the other sisters for next week. I brought my hammock and we set it up between two pillars and took pictures! Everyone loved my hammock. I'm so glad I brought it! The "castle" is right on the beach so we got to walk down through the creepy garden to the beautiful beach! It's the most beautiful beach I've seen so far for sure! You could probably Google it. I also set up my hammock in between two palm trees! So picturesque.

We dyed ester eggs last night for easter! They were brown so the color isn't awesome but I did make one into the Barbados flag!

Mom! That egg you got me from Boehm's was so cool!

love, hannah
